Electropermanent magnetic clamping systems for milling machines and machining centers
Magnetic workpiece clamping systems use electropermanent magnetic technology to securely and efficiently fix workpieces on milling machines, machining centers, and grinding machines. The workpiece lies evenly on the magnetic surface and remains accessible on all five sides for machining – without compression, deformation, or complex re-clamping. Power is only needed for a few seconds for activation and deactivation; the holding force is generated solely by high-energy permanent magnets and is therefore immune to power failures.
Milltec EVO
The Milltec EVO is an electropermanent magnetic table with round polarity for milling machines and machining centers. As a further development of the proven MILLTec system, it offers superior magnetic force under real milling conditions, an all-metal flat surface, and the ability to rework the surface up to 6 mm deep. Mobile pole extensions enable easy and quick workpiece positioning without tools.
Quad Extra
The Quad Extra is based on an exclusive patent in which a modular pole plate is coupled to the one-piece base structure with high-strength screws. The electropermanent magnetic plates of the Quad Extra series enable fast and flexible clamping on milling machines, machining centers, and pallets. They are powerful, lightweight, compact, and offer high concentration of clamping force through double-grid pole geometry.
